Grace Watterson, a BCMB undergraduate, presented a talk at the 88th international Harden Conference in the United Kingdom. Not only is this a rare honor for scientists, but particularly for undergraduate students-- Grace was the youngest speaker at the conference.

On Friday, Nov. 5, Nicole Holderman (Edison lab) and Paul Kremer (Barb lab) presented their research as an Eriksson lecture.

BCMB Ph.D. student Reagan Haney, a member of Dr. Belen Cassera's lab, was named an ARCS scholar in the Atlanta chapter of the organization.

Johnathan Mayfield, in the lab of Dr. Lance Wells, has secured an NIH F31 Fellowship. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Reagan Haney (Cassera lab) and Mariah Salcedo (Kannan lab) for winning the 2022 ARCS Scholarship.
