Dr. Zac Wood receives his Richard B. Russell Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching, UGA’s highest early career teaching award, from Charlie Harman, a trustee of the Richard Russell Foundation, at UGA’s Faculty Recognition Banquet on April 11.
The department is excited to announce that Joey Lamattina received the University's 2015 Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award! Only 10% of all graduate teaching assistants at UGA are even eligible to be nominated for this award.
The department is excited to announce that Associate Professor Walter Schmidt was recently honored by SGA at its Professor Recognition Ceremony. He was honored for the instruction and mentorship that he provides that changes lives, and we thank him for his exemplary dedication to our students.…
