Pittcon is the leading conference and exposition for laboratory science featuring new technology and scientific research. This year several folks from our team were able to attend the confernece. Here are some pictures from the outing.

The department is excited to announce that associate professor Zac Wood was one of the three UGA faculty members who recently received the university's highest early career teaching honor, the Richard B. Russell Awards for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching.

Services including immunizations, fusions and production of Hybridoma in cell culture. Five mice to be immunized and the highest titer mouse would be used for a fusion.

The University of Georgia’s iGEM team won a gold medal and runner up for Best Measurement Project award at the 2015 iGEM Giant Jamboree held September 24-28 at Boston, MA. 280 iGEM teams and more than 2700 attendees from across the globe participated in the 2015 competition.
