Image: Belen Cassera spent her summer as the newest member of UGA's Innovation Fellows, a program that aims to encourage faculty and staff of the University of Georgia to pursue their interest in commercialization and product development. She was chosen in 2019 as one of 18 women from UGA to participate in the inaugural Innovation Bootcamp, which helped her refocus her research.
