Takahiro Ito joins BMB Faculty

Assistant Professor (Effective 4/1/2013)

Currently, Dr. Ito is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of California San Diego joining the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in April 2013.  His current research is focused on the mechanisms that regulate cell division in normal and malignant cells.  These studies have broad implications in both stem cell and cancer biology.
