Hyo Won Ahn of Dr. David Garfinkel’s lab successfully defended her Ph.D. dissertation Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018.

The title of Ahn’s dissertation was "Ribosomal Proteins and Ribosome Biogenesis Factors Affect Movement and Copy Number Control of the TY1 Retrotransposon in Saccharomyces Cerevisiae."
