Mohnen honored by Board of Regents with professorship

The University of Georgia's Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology's Debra Mohnen was appointed to the Georgia Athletic Association Professorship in Complex Carbohydrate Research by the Board of Regents effective April 18, 2018.

Mohnen conducts research in the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center in areas including cancer/signal transduction, enzymology/metalloenzyme chemistry, glycobiology, and plant biochemistry/biofuels.
